Browse through messages using up and down arrow keys. Press Delete key to remove messages from final output file. Save messages in a format that will open in Microsoft Access or Excel.

Double-click on any row in the table above (or press Enter) to open this window. Use the up and down arrows to browse through messages. Press the Tab key to toggle between the main window (table view) and this individual message window.

You can select and copy text in this window to be pasted into other applications. You can also delete a message (i.e., omit it from the output file) by pressing the Delete key.

Options include: Selecting columns to hide or show, selecting a time format, and choosing whether you want to use these settings when exporting text.
